Proposed GC Q Score and Mass Timber Project Scoring Modifier
This marks Bespoke Metrics' inaugural scoring framework for General Contractors, issued as a proposed methodology for public comment. The GC Q Score provides the baseline risk assessment, while the Mass Timber Project Scoring Modifier adjusts that score upward or downward (“notches”) to account for the distinct risk factors of mass timber construction
Stakeholders are invited to review and provide comments on the proposed methodology.
Comment Period
The public comment period will remain open until 11:59 PM PT, November 14, 2025. All comments submitted during this period will be thoroughly reviewed and considered in finalizing the GC Q Score Methodology as well as the Mass Timber Project Modifier.
