COMPASS product update: February 2026 cover

February's work clustered around finding things faster: the right subs in qualification management, the latest note in a bid package, and the right link to share when a sub wants to show off their public site. Here is what shipped.

Sharper filters for qualification management

Qualification Management gained two new filters: company qualification flow and flow stage. GC teams managing large sub bases can now cut the table straight to the subs sitting at a specific step of a specific flow, instead of scanning for them, which makes it much easier to spot where submissions are piling up and keep things moving.

The latest note, right in the bid package

Bid packages now show a Most Recent Note column against each subcontractor record. The context your team captured about a sub — a phone call, a clarification, a heads-up — is visible right where bid decisions get made, without clicking into each record to find it.

Public site polish

The subcontractor public profile is now called the public site, which better reflects what it is: a standalone page a sub can point anyone at. Alongside the rename, subs get a copy link button for sharing it, an info button explaining what visitors see, and logo backgrounds that adapt to the page theme so every company logo looks right. We also laid the groundwork for translations, ahead of making the public site available in more languages.

A clearer finish to the 1Form

Submitting a 1Form now lands on a proper post-submission page that confirms what happened and what comes next, instead of dropping subs back into the app to wonder whether it went through. A small moment, but it is the one every submission ends on.
